HCCS (or similar) Mastermind: Become an expert in HCSS or similar construction management software, including estimating, project management, safety, and equipment modules.
Optimize Project Delivery: Leverage your software knowledge to streamline project tracking, issue resolution, and overall operational efficiency.
Business Applications Champion: Provide support for various applications like Adobe Standard, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam, ensuring smooth integration with business processes.
Process Improvement Partner: Collaborate with business units to align software usage with company goals. Identify opportunities to utilize software functionalities for enhanced efficiency.
Empowering Users: Conduct training sessions and offer ongoing support to maximize user adoption and proficiency in leveraging software features to meet business needs.
Software Management Guru: Manage and track licenses for HCSS, similar software, and other applications, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
Training & Development Specialist: Assess departmental training needs, design comprehensive training programs for various software applications, and create user guides, presentations, and online resources.
Requirements
Proficient in HCSS or similar construction management software.
Experience with supporting business applications like Adobe Standard, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
Solid understanding of business and accounting principles.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Ability to analyze and identify areas for process improvement through technology.
