Description Concord non-profit is in need of a project assistant in the quality assurance department. In this position you will be assisting with screening applications via a new software. You must ensure that the applications are filled out correctly and match the paper application on file. If there is information entered incorrectly you will need to reach out to the applicant to obtain the correct information. You will also be trained on how to calculate payments due by applicant which will depend on their information submitted. This job requires that you are bilingual in spanish and extremely detail oriented. This contract is 100% onsite and will last for 6 months. The hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.Requirements
High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills
Understanding of database and file management
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Past experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite
Data entry experience
Quality assurance experience
Data entry experience
Adeptness in IRS W-9 Forms
Bilingual in Spanish Perform Quality Assurance experience
High-Volume Data Entry experience required
Past experience with the Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
1 year of experience in a business/office setting required
Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
