About this role:The Wells Fargo Internet Banking production monitoring Team is looking for a full stack software engineer with experience in the field of Java and Web development. The job will entail all aspects of Java and Web development including developing new Tools for production monitoring and reporting and usage of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Angular.JS and Web-services development. This engineer will help analyze production monitoring and reporting requirements, document, design and implement solutions using Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Angular.JS and other Tools to develop new features and fix defects on back end web services and front end web applications. The engineer will work with our business and development partners to create clear concise production monitoring needs, create designs, and write technical specifications to meet those business needs. This position will include Java and Web development and testing before deployment into production. This position will participate in team reviews and will adhere to standards developed within the team.In this role, you will:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments

Contribute to large scale planning of strategies

Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments

Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures

Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals

Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

4+ years of Java/J2EE experience

4 + years of Angular/JavaScript experience

4+ years of experience with Spring, Spring Batch, and Spring Boot

4 + years of Java Web Services experience

4+ years of experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python, Shell, VBScript, or JavaScript

4+ years of experience in Github.

Desired Qualifications:

2-3 years of AppDynamics/Dynatrace or any other monitoring tool experience or Elastic Administration and customization experience

4+ years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools

2+ years of Information Security Tools Development Unix and Windows experience

Knowledge and understanding of compiling and preparing executive summaries, whitepaper, and presentations for management/senior leaders

Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders

Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Knowledge and understanding of web systems: web application installations, upgrades, and deployments
