Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Concord, California. Working within our team, the Accounts Payable Clerk will have a range of responsibilities, primarily focusing on the processing of vendor invoices, maintaining accurate records, and resolving inquiries. Responsibilities include: Handling the processing of vendor invoices through workflow for various entities and projects Managing and understanding foreign currency exchange activities Utilizing CMiC or similar construction ERP for day-to-day tasks Applying proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with a focus on Excel Demonstrating a detail oriented attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the team Showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills Applying critical thinking skills and strong attention to detail Supporting the mission and values of our organization Processing a high volume of invoices per month for multiple companies and international subsidiaries Reviewing and applying invoices to the correct business unit and job code Performing detailed coding for overhead and G& A departments Completing month-end tasks such as paying rent for buildings and bi-weekly payroll reports Using pivot tables for various tasks. Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is essential for this role Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) procedures is required Experience in executing Check Runs is a must Ability to handle Coding Invoices tasks effectively Demonstrated skills in Data Entry are necessary Familiarity with Invoice Processing is a key requirement Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is important for this role Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
