We have 6 open positions for Help Desk Agents required in Commerce, CA. Please send resume, rate, visa and location asap. The Consultants must meet all of the following minimum qualifications:1. Four (4) years of experience within the last five (5) years in Service Desk or HelpDesk operations acting as a call center agent or customer service representative(dealing with customer/clients, answering calls, managing ticket system).2. Three (3) years of experience within the past four (4) years installing software onPC’s in a Microsoft Windows desktop environment.3. Three (3) years of experience within the last four (4) years troubleshooting issuesrelated to domain joins, group policy, profile management, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP.4. Four (4) years of experience within the last five (5) years with remote installationof software.a. Provide a list of three organizations where similar services have beenprovided. Must provide the name, phone number and email of contact personin WOS Form A to meet this requirement.5. Four (4) years of experience within the last five (5) years working with ActiveDirectory, Office 365, and Windows 10
