Description We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our home services client's dynamic team in Colma.Job Description: As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and timely collections, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key to our financial operations.Key Responsibilities:
Process and reconcile accounts receivable transactions, including invoices and payments.
Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Communicate with clients regarding payment inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing and collections processes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions.
Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and collections metrics.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
