Dedicated to ensuring that excellent care is accessible to all.LCSW Requirements:CA State Board of Behavioral Sciences or the California Board of Psychology as a LCSW Master’s or Doctorate degreeBilingual in SpanishOverview of LCSW Role:Conduct clinical assessments to develop diagnostic information and determine patient needs.Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling as part of treatment plans.Offer clinical therapeutic services, including individual and group therapy, particularly for patients with co-occurring disorders.Engage in crisis intervention as necessary.Collaborate with primary care providers, behavioral health coordinators, and other staff to enhance health outcomes.Facilitate referrals to additional services as required.Address patient needs through follow-up, advocacy, and collaboration with community service providers.Serve as a mandated reporter for Child Protective Services (CPS) and Adult/Elder Abuse.Maintain accurate and timely records of all activities and services provided.Attend and participate in various internal and external meetings.Perform other related duties as assigned.
