Normal Schedule 11:00am-7:00pm+ overtime if needed4 Month Contract position (can be converted to permanent based on performance)Onsite
Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures incoming and outgoing shipments to verify bills of lading, invoices, and orders. Will not be doing any actual hands on work there is a team of operators to do that
Performs computer data entry of shipping and receiving information.
Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.
Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
Confers with various purchasing departments to resolve incoming and outgoing shipment discrepancies.
Complies with all environmental, health, safety, and housekeeping programs.
Backup inventory analyst
Coordinate with drivers & multiple different departments
Utilize SAP to for order entry & inventory control
Coordinate with departments to send out repairs for anything they notice is wrong with the shipments
Skills and Qualifications
2+ year shipping and receiving experience
Great communication skills verbal and written
Proficient with MS Office Suite (MS Word & Excel required)
High School Diploma required
