Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the City of Industry, California, 91748, United States. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a vital part of our team, working in a role that deals directly with our customers. Your primary responsibilities will be managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and assisting with collection activities in the Call Center Customer Service industry.Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring all questions and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Process customer orders received through phone or email with precision and efficiency. Assist with collections processes, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately. Maintain a high level of customer service in all interactions, building strong relationships with customers. Utilize your skills in Call Center Customer Service and Email Correspondence to deliver top-tier service to our customers. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures. Handle any additional tasks related to Customer Service Representative duties as required. Requirements Possess at least one year of experience in a customer service role Demonstrable skills in call center customer service Proven experience in managing email correspondence professionally and effectively Knowledge and experience in consumer collections processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team and individually Proficiency in using basic computer software and applications Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to handle difficult or escalated customer issues professionally Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently High school diploma or equivalent required Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if needed Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
