Description Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our team. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, communication, and problem-solving while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. This role involves performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for team members.

Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.

Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.

Order and manage office supplies and ensure equipment is operational.

Assist with planning and coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

Perform data entry and maintain databases with up-to-date information.

Support team projects and initiatives as needed, ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with project management tools or software is a plus.

Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and scanners.

Work Environment:

Office-based role with standard weekday working hours.
