Develop and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with local agencies, schools, businesses, service agencies, and other organizations, as appropriate

Administer and implement career assessments and coordinate support with providers to provide holistic and comprehensive case management

Develop systematic work experience and community engagement opportunities

Identify and facilitate training to support gaining skills needed for pre-employment and/or post-employment

Refer eligible clients to appropriate community resources

Performs duties and special projects as assigned

DenotesEssential Job FunctionMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Ability to identify and match jobs and other opportunities to the individual’s needs and interestsIntermediate computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, database, and presentation softwareAbility to communicate effectively including listening, verbal, and writtenDemonstrate ability to apply critical thinking to identify solutions to problemsDemonstrate basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages, and ratiosAbility to manage competing priorities and exercise flexibilityExperience working with people with disabilities preferredEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:Bachelors inBusiness Administration or related fieldA comparable combination of formal education and work experience will be considered.CERTIFICATES REQUIRED: The following licenses or certificates may berequired depending on local, state and/or contract requirements:CPR/First AidValid Driver's License PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance:Viewing computer screen/monitorKeyboardingManeuvering to and around equipmentBending, kneeling, stooping, and reachingTransporting to various locations within customer site(s) WORK ENVIRONMENT:Work may be performed at a customer’s location, in an office, or shop environment with limited privacy and some exposure to background noise or noise from equipment. Transporting to locations within the work site may be required.
