Description We are seeking a dynamic and proficient Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Bilingual Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to our office, utilizing their language skills to assist with communication and coordination between English and Spanish speakers. This role requires strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary point of contact for communication in both English and Spanish, including phone calls, emails, and written correspondence

Translate documents, emails, and other materials from English to Spanish and vice versa

Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks

Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed, utilizing bilingual skills to ensure effective communication

Support special projects and events as assigned

Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus

Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy in all work

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
