Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description We are searching for a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team located in Chula Vista, California, 91914, United States. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, your role will primarily involve ensuring efficient and effective collection processes, maintaining impeccable customer records, and resolving any issues regarding client invoices. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Efficiently manage and keep track of customer credit applications Ensure the maintenance of precise customer credit records Promptly resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding shipments Closely monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions Maintain a consistent follow-up routine to expedite collections and ensure timely payment Handle collections for both large and small clients based in the US Coordinate with clients to resolve issues related to accounts receivable Use accounting software systems and CRM tools to streamline processes Work with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for better resource management Manage billing functions and handle cash activity efficiently.
