Description We are seeking an outstanding Accounts Receivable Specialist on behalf of our esteemed client in the real estate industry. With a vision to manage and record all financial transactions precisely and proficiently, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic, ever-growing team.Job Responsibilities:
Daily posting and verification of receipt of payments.
Managing accounts receivable ledger.
Handle all special billing situations, including group reservations and conventions.
Audit ledgers to ensure they contain correct information, such as billing addresses and invoice numbers.
Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues.
Prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting activities.
Maintain accurate and complete client financial records.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques.
Strong attention to detail, ability to spot numerical errors.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with accounting software, preferably within the real estate sector.
