Description We are offering a role in the RH Direct industry at our Chino Hills, California location. The role focuses on administrative functions such as customer service, data entry, and organizing files. This is an engaging opportunity for an Office Assistant with a knack for Microsoft Office Suite, shipping functions, and scheduling appointments.Responsibilities: Provide administrative assistance to ensure efficient operation of the office. Deliver excellent customer service, answering queries and issues in a timely and detail oriented manner. Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of information. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to accomplish tasks and manage data. Organize files, keeping records up-to-date and accessible for the team. Handle scanning duties, ensuring all necessary documents are digitized and properly stored. Schedule appointments, managing calendars and ensuring no scheduling conflicts occur. Oversee shipping functions, ensuring all packages are sent and received in a timely manner. Please note that this role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Experience in administrative assistance and customer service roles Strong data entry skills with an eye for detail and accuracy Ability to organize files systematically for easy retrieval Experience in scanning documents and converting them into digital formats Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively Familiarity with shipping functions and related tasks Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
