This position is responsible for coordinating associate activities in the production process and will monitor associates' performance. The ideal candidate will be committed to coaching team members and improving the worksite's training, productivity, quality, safety, and attendance. Performance Team Lead assists the Supervisor with setting up daily/weekly work assignments for staff. A minimum of 1 year of warehouse systems or operations knowledge is required and will work in a non-climate controlled building. Shift Information:Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM - Must be flexible in your schedule, as shift start and stop times could vary. Assist shift supervisor in day-to-day operations as needed

Effectively engage with team members to help cultivate
Assist supervisor and operations in ongoing tasks to service the client on-site.
Moderate work with computers and integrated operating systems
Limited OT opportunities will be available
Non-climate controlled building- Must be able to work in non-temperature climate environments in a warehouse setting
