Reijnen Construction has been building beautiful and durable homes in and near Kitsap County, for over three decades, earning a reputation for quality construction and effective management. We are looking for experienced and motivated candidates to become Project Superintendents on our high-end, mostly residential, building and remodeling team. Project Superintendents should possess skills and aptitude for hands-on production work, as well as a capacity to lead other workers to fulfill project goals. Project Superintendents need to understand complex construction documents, and develop efficient strategies to deliver precise results within established budgets and schedules. Project Superintendents need to communicate effectively with other team members, at all levels.
