We specialize in Powerstroke, Cummins, and Duramax diesel trucks, providing expert diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades. Our shop is known for quality work, honest service, and a loyal customer base that keeps us busy year-round.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the main point of contact for all customers—scheduling, estimates, and service updates.
Manage workflow and productivity of technicians and ensure jobs are completed efficiently.
Write detailed and accurate repair orders and estimates.
Oversee parts ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships.
Deliver exceptional service while maintaining a positive and professional shop environment.
Work with the owner to ensure shop goals, timelines, and quality standards are met.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of diesel trucks (Powerstroke, Cummins, Duramax).
Proven experience in a service writer or service manager role.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and leadership ability.
Proficiency with shop management software (Shopware, Kukui etc.) a plus.
Valid driver’s license.
