A Chico Valley Cabinet Shop is looking for a hands-on, trustworthy, self-motivated, driven, loyal Cabinet Shop Manager / Cabinet Maker to fabricate and finish custom cabinetry and custom furniture. We are a custom woodworking shop, and the ideal candidate will be a person who has some experience doing high quality, professional, custom woodworking.We offer:

Duties will include:
Safely, efficiently and creatively operate a range of high-quality industrial woodworking equipment
Manage shop laborers
Meet with clients
Plan, design, draw and build projects
Work with vendors
Keep an accurate inventory
Requirements – Cabinet Manager / Cabinet Maker:
At a minimum, you should have a foundational understanding of the trade.
Woodworking/custom cabinetry fabrication and installation experience
Experience in paint / finish
A good attitude
Great communication and organizational skills
The ability to work independently and confidently make decisions on your own.
Must be able to read and understand technical shop and architectural drawings.
Reliable transportation and a valid California driver’s license.
