Biggs AG processor seeks Mechanic II for exciting temp-to-hire opportunity!

Fantastic 4 days per week schedule: Monday thru Thursday 6am to 4:30pm
Position overview: Maintain mechanical, pneumatic and production machinery
Required skills and responsibilities:
Minimum of four years industrial and mechanical maintenance
Must be able to troubleshoot and maintain automated equipment lines plantwide
May repair broken parts, using brazing, soldering, welding equipment and hand tools
May set up and operate tools, such as lathe, drill press, or grinder to make or repair parts
Dismantles machines and replaces parts using hand tools and power tools.
Realigns and adjusts components such as spindles and clutches
Locates damaged air and hydraulic pipes and measurers, cuts, threads and installs new pipe
Compliance to Cal-OSHA Injury Illness Prevention Program, Safety, Procedures and Programs
Food Safety Requirements: GMPs including Food Safety Policy Statement
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of machinery operations, personal computer and various software packages
Experience operating a Powered Industrial Truck (forklift)
Reading, writing, math, electrical theory (AC/DC, single/3 phase, series/parallel circuits
