Miller Event Management, an industry leader in special event security is currently hiring. We have positions open for event staff & security staff at the Many events in the Northern California area. Here are a few of the events we are looking to hire for, High Sierra Music Festival, at the Plumas County Fairgrounds in Quincy and for Weather Raceway Laguna Seca in Monterey, California. We coordinate transportation to and from Quincy and Monterey. MEM is committed to recruiting, hiring, training, and promoting qualified applicants within our company. Qualifications:
Valid State of California-BSIS issued Guard Card (or willingness to obtain one, we will assist in this process)
Must have a Valid California Issued Driver's License/ State issued California ID.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a friendly attitude, enjoy people, Customer Service oriented.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must have a reliable way of being contacted, as well as access to the internet to utilize our app based scheduling program.
Must have a clean-cut appearance and a professional image.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Must be able to communicate in English (Bi-Lingual a plus).
Must be able to write legibly and concise reports in English.
