Spanish Speaking Retail Sales Associate.

Looking For a very responsible, Spanish and English speaking Retail sales associate. Please have job experience. ( This isn't a position for a person with little job experience ) This is an unsupervised position, working Solo Must be able to handle multiple customers at once. Problem solving and strong command of authority an absolute must! The chosen candidate will be trained in product ordering with our vendors and helping out on all levels of merchandizing. The pay starts out at $17/ hour with an incentive bonus for sales. This is a 35 hour a week job. Breaks must be taken in the store ( no one to relieve you ) The building management doesn't allow smoking in the building, So this position isn't a good fit for a smoker. ( You cant leave the store unattended during your shift. ) Must be able to work 10 hour shifts, Mon - Wed. No flexibility on those days and the hours. 5 hours will be scheduled on sat or Sunday. Training will start immediately once hired on Saturdays and Sundays. Must be avail on the weekends for training. We are looking for a long time employee ( 5 years employment or more ) This small business is expanding in Chico end of 2025, So promotion possible. Must be available all days during December for the holidays ( closed on Christmas ) We are in the wireless industry, So any experience with cell phones or related accessories is a plus.
