Looking for a residential maintenance technician for a 90 unit Tax Credit Apartment complex in Chico.
Duties include: cleaning clubhouse, office and grounds on a daily basis, Turning vacant units over, work orders to repair appliances ( Will accept someone who is willing to learn), passing out notices and helping Property Manager as needed, etc.
