We're looking for a superstar Dispatcher / Administrative Assistant to be the voice of our company and the first ray of sunshine our customers encounter. Key Responsibilities:

Positive Customer Interactions: You'll be the source of our exceptional customer service, providing a friendly, professional, and genuinely positive experience to everyone who calls.

High-Volume Dispatching: Efficiently answer incoming calls, manage our extensive service schedule, and dispatch our technicians across 13 different counties and numerous cities from our shops in Chico, Yuba City, and Redding.

Complex CRM Navigation: Expertly utilize and navigate multiple complex CRM systems, including Housecall Pro, to manage scheduling, customer information, and service calls with speed and precision.

Marketing & Ad Management: You'll play a crucial role in our growth by actively assisting with and helping to brainstorm ideas for our Google Ads campaigns as we expand into new communities. Your input will be a vital part of our strategic growth.

Administrative & Financial Support: You'll be responsible for helping track the time of all employees and will assist with or perform payroll duties. You'll also handle general office tasks.

Continuous Growth: Embrace new tasks and responsibilities with an open mind and a can-do attitude as we continue to expand and innovate.

Qualifications:

Infectious Positivity: You must bring an energetic, positive, and can-do attitude to the team every single day.

Customer Service Excellence: A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service is non-negotiable.

Tech Savvy: You must be highly proficient with computers and able to quickly learn and master multiple complex software systems. Experience with Housecall Pro is a significant advantage.

Adaptability: A flexible and resilient attitude is a must. We move fast, and you must be ready to adapt and thrive.

Geographic Knowledge: Familiarity with the Northern California geography, particularly the areas around Chico, Yuba City, and Redding, is a plus.

Strong Administrative Skills: Experience with payroll or a strong willingness to learn is essential for this role.

Pay Range: per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
