Job Overview:
Hardware Technician – Electrical wiring, Electronics – Automotive related
Technical/Functional Skills
1-2+ years of technician experience soldering/assembly work.
Basic Duties-
Entry level wire harness knowledge – Crimping, connector types, gauge, etc.
Soldering wires in through-holes PCB board
Someone that can learn quickly and expand in their knowledge.
Pluses:
Automotive Trade school, equivalent training and/or experience.
Automotive and/or electronics diagnostics experience.
Basic Fabrication Skills – Cutting metal/wood, using power tools to make simple parts.
Familiar with electronic design, oscilloscope usage, DMM measurements.
Roles & Responsibilities HW TechnicianFlexible and self-motivated technician to support Hardware Engineering.
Basic knowledge of Electronics – understanding of what/how/why.
Scope: Primary assemble wire harnesses.
Starting Pay: $20.00/hr
