We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to plan and oversee the manufacturing of our equipment. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production departments and the quality of output. Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader and decision-making problem-solving will take up a great part of your day. The goal is to ensure a safe, efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Execute production schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products
Conduct employee training in equipment operations and safety procedures.
Support shipping, operations, purchasing and planning teams.
Solve daily production-related problems as necessary
Ensure results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Required Skills
Minimum five years of production management experience; understanding of lean manufacturing.
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent knowledge thereof)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
