We have a rental portfolio and we are looking for two on call handyman that have all the skills, tools, and drivers license and phone to handle maintenance, on call repairs, and fix larger issues like roof leaks, electrical issues, drywall, paint, and flooring. If you have a wide range of skills, are professional, clean cut, and responsible and responsive in communication please reply to this add if you are happy at $25 per hour.
