We are looking for a part time caretaker for our small farm/weekend home in Flournoy near Paskenta (20 miles West of Corning and I-5).
Work includes maintenance and repair of house and landscape.
Great position for someone retired or looking for supplemental income.

Resumes, examples of prior work, or other support documentation is not required, but will be helpful in our selection process. We will be collecting applicant responses for the next couple of weeks and then schedule selected applicants for an in person interview.
Work includes the following:
-Grounds maintenance: mowing, spraying, swimming pool cleaning and chemical application, orchard pruning, fence repair etc.
-Equipment upkeep: Tractor, lawn mower, etc.
-Repairs: Such as painting to buildings (barn, sheds, shop) and house
-This is not an on-site or live-in position
Compensation:
-$1,000 monthly for 50 hours ($20/hr equivalent)
Schedule: Flexible 2 or 3 days per week, 4-6 hours per day.
Must track hours and expenses and be able to email and communicate with smart phone to use wi-fi irrigation and security systems.
Possibility for additional work on improvement projects for someone with the right skills.
Prior to employment we will run a criminal background check.
