Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality and customer service in a fine dining restaurant setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Provide menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages
- Ensure tables are clean and set up properly for the next guests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Experience:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation and restaurant operations
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Culinary or food service background is a plus
