JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant/Drafter
OFFICE LOCATION: Chico, CA – This is not a remote position

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Local Architectural Engineering firm with over 20 years of experience is looking for an administrative assistant with the opportunity to move into a drafting position. This is a unique opportunity that offers professional growth and the opportunity to work on challenging and interesting projects.
Administrative Duties:
- Answering office phone, relaying messages accordingly
- Assist office members as needed
- Creating, sending, and collecting client invoices
- Entering and filing office credit card statements
- Maintain internal job list and calendar, as well as communication with client
- Maintain office files, including both current and new jobs
Position Requirements:
- Customer service skills
- Organization skills
- Experience with AutoCad and/or Chief Architect programs (preferred but not required)
- Proficient computer skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Quick learner with a “can-do” attitude and able to self teach when necessary
Hours:
- Office open Monday-Thursday between 9am-5pm
- 20-30 hours/week
