As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be expected to greet customers at the front counter with enthusiasm and offer assistance to those with any questions and/or concerns about the services we offer at Flair Custom Cleaners. Our industry specific software establishes an easy step by step process that makes way for success when it comes to managing the cash register and detailing in orders. You will be asked to interpret the meaning of care labels as well learn the materials that require special attention. The back counter becomes a place of confidence with the use of an organized method of tagging and sorting in clothing. Once cleaned and pressed, you will be required to assemble and prep orders in a fashionable manner that adheres to our ideals of quality, hard work and the pride that follows. You will complete nightly closing rituals that consist of emptying waste containers, sweeping floors, closing out the cash register, and the replenishment of supplies in order to prepare fellow employees for the following day. Shift is Monday through Friday, 2pm - 6pm.
Room for development into Plant Supervisor, although this will take months to years, in order to learn operations and fill in at each job task if needed.
