Job DescriptionSanta Fe Springs, CAWell established printer is looking to add to their winning team.Press Helper – Web PpressPrimary Responsibilities:
ï After 2 months of training, press helper will be expected to be able to hang 8 plates in
5 minutes or less depending on the press.
ï Replenish water and ink fountains as needed
ï Open rolls & keep accurate paper work.
ï Hang paper rolls.
ï Communicate clearly problems to pressmen.
ï Assist & also be responsible for quality product.Secondary Responsibilities:
ï Oil & grease press as pressman specifies.
ï Help other pressmen when your press is down.
ï Learn to run presses (hang plates, set ink, set registers).
ï Maintain a clean and safe work area.
ï Perform work other than that which is listed in this job description, to complete our regularly scheduled manufacturing process, as determined by your supervisor.Job DetailsPrimary Skill: Web Press
