The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the electrical industry, specifically in medium voltage and wire products, and demonstrate the ability to develop new accounts and cultivate lasting relationships.Key Responsibilities
Account Development: Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients within the Los Angeles/Cerritos area, focusing on medium voltage and wire product lines.
Product Promotion: Strategically introduce and promote new product lines to target markets, ensuring a strong foothold in the region.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals while aligning with company objectives.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, focusing on long-term partnerships.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, ensuring no use of existing customers or manufacturers for new product lines.
Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to the management team.
Requirements
Industry Expertise: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in medium voltage and wire sales.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in account development and achieving sales targets.
Knowledgeable: Deep understanding of medium voltage systems, wire products, and their applications.
