Description:Assemble high speed motor, generator and turbo machinery equipment including performing sub assembly and full system level testing, in accordance with applicable drawings, schematics and specifications for Aerospace Defense Industry-Mechanical assembly and test of high precision motor, generator and turbomachinery components and subassemblies
-Bonding of magnets onto assemblies
-Utilize metrology tools including height gauges, calipers, micrometers) and capability of calculating stack-up tolerancing of subassemblies
-Interface with engineering or manufacturing teams regarding design and build issues
-Provide feedback on design and processing to support continuous improvementSkills:assembler, Mechanical, blueprint, soldering, wiring, schematic, crimping, assembly, mechanical assembly, assembly lineTop Skills Details:assembler,Mechanical,blueprint,solderingAdditional Skills & Qualifications:-3+ years’ experience as a technician in production environment or equivalent combination of education/experience
- J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 certification or equivalent soldering certification
-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs but not a lot of lifting
-Ability to produce assemblies following routers, work instructions, and blueprints
-Ability to conduct in-process checks of assemblies
-Ability to use Microsoft Office tools including Excel and Word
-Ability to conduct basic verification/troubleshooting of own work
