Description We are offering an opportunity for a Bank Teller to join our client, a local bank in Cerritos, California. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality customer service, managing new accounts, and processing banking transactions. Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service to all bank customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues Efficiently process banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and other requests Manage new customer accounts, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and records are kept up to date Utilize skills in cash applications and banking statements to maintain accurate account records Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Use knowledge of international banking to assist customers with diverse banking needs Adhere to all banking regulations and ensure compliance in all transactions Use strong attention to detail to minimize errors and ensure accuracy in all work Apply your skills in consumer banking to meet the needs of a wide range of customers Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the branch and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.Requirements The candidate must have a minimum of 6 months of experience as a Teller. Proficiency in handling cash applications and bank statements is essential. Strong customer service skills are required. The candidate must be adept at processing banking transactions. Experience in consumer banking is necessary. Familiarity with international banking procedures is advantageous. The candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using banking software and tools is preferred. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is required. The candidate must uphold confidentiality and adhere to the bank's privacy policies. Strong numerical skills and financial acumen are necessary.
