Key Responsibilities:
Conduct intake interviews with prospective clients via phone, ensuring a compassionate and professional approach.

Facilitate accurate and timely intake of new plaintiff litigation cases.
Review engagement and representation agreements thoroughly with clients, addressing questions or concerns.
