As a Senior Graphic Designer , you will be entrusted with evolving our brand visuals while defining and ensuring alignment with global brand standards. Collaborate closely with dynamic teams and be part of transforming creative ideas into visual marvels. If you're passionate about in-store visuals and driven by creativity, we want you!Key Responsibilities:Branding & Design

Define and ensure adherence to brand and retailer style guidelines.

Conceptualize and execute full campaigns ensuring cross-channel continuity.

Create and interpret creative compositions and layouts for promotional displays, signage, and in-store settings.

Determine suitable style, technique, and medium for graphics and store-level events.

Develop and create tailored graphic solutions to meet local market needs.

Understand graphic applications, dielines, planograms, and product specifics.

Design and produce corporate communications, including PowerPoint templates, mockups, printed materials, lettering, and other graphic materials for various purposes.

Generate innovative design concepts and bring them to life across multiple touchpoints.

Design campaigns and provide global guidance on graphic direction to ensure consistency and alignment across markets.

Serve as a global resource for team members and stakeholders with questions about graphics and design standards.

Collaboration & Communication

Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Marketing leads, Visual Managers, and the Visual Merchandising Director to develop and execute design concepts.

Lead design proposals and engage in design discussions, making necessary adjustments.

Participate in weekly creative department status updates and work closely with other creative teams.

Work with markets across the globe, providing support and guidance on existing graphics and how to adapt them for regional or market-specific needs.

Project Management

Deliver all projects within set deadlines.

Organize, catalog, and prioritize artwork files, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adaptability.

Prepare print-ready files for retail signage and collaborate with print vendors for timely project production.

Conduct stock image searches and online research as required.

What You-ll Need

Experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or point-of-purchase (POP) display design.

Proven track record of collaborating with diverse teams and meeting tight deadlines.

Ability to address feedback constructively and offer innovative solutions.

Strong organizational skills, balancing creativity with practicality.

Solid understanding of typography and core graphic design principles.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Experience with color printing systems and a keen eye for details.

Strong problem-solving prowess paired with imaginative thinking.

The expected base salary for this position is $70,000-$75,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
