We are in search of a highly motivated National Account Education Manager to spearhead the development of vibrant product and services knowledge alongside brand-focused educational programs. In this role, your primary mission will be to empower professional skin therapists and retail professionals, with a special emphasis on our valued partner, Ulta Beauty. Your efforts will contribute to enhancing their expertise in professional skin treatments while fortifying brand connectivity. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in creating and delivering impactful training programs and tools for our esteemed Dermalogica Partnership schools, fostering lasting brand connection and loyalty:Educational Leadership:

Collaborate closely with the National Account Sales Director to align educational programs with key business drivers, product/service activations, and strategic growth plans.

Work in tandem with the National Training Manager to provide instructor training, sharing best practices across all assigned business channels.

Manage in-field sales support and scheduling in collaboration with District Education Managers.

Provide quarterly educational support for sales market meetings, trade shows, and virtual meetings.

Training and Development:

Craft engaging, service-driven brand and product training, ensuring updates are aligned with product/service innovations and strategic growth plans.

Develop and manage revisions of training resources supporting licensed professional skin therapists in Ulta, maintaining the highest standards and skill levels.

Lead the development and revision cycles of skin treatment protocols to ensure alignment with industry standards.

Create, deliver, and manage revisions of training programs for Dermalogica Partnership School Instructors.

Develop and manage revisions of Dermalogica-s Partnership School Undergraduate curriculum.

Oversee and co-facilitate a regular cadence of virtual meetings, virtual trainings, and annual train-the-trainer sessions.

Develop comprehensive and informative training resources to ensure advanced comprehension and engagement with Dermalogica-s products and services.

Manage revisions of master classes to ensure ongoing relevance and effectiveness.

Provide support for events and promotional activities on an as-needed basis.

Additional Responsibilities:

Perform duties beyond the typical scope, demonstrating a high level of difficulty and adaptability.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Current esthetics license.

Minimum of 2 years- experience as a Dermalogica Instructor.

Senior Instructor level preferred, though not mandatory.

Experience with behind-camera work considered a valuable asset.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Workdays may include training on a bustling retail floor with high noise volume.

Requires a flexible schedule with occasional weekends and evenings.

Up to 30% domestic travel.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Regularly required to talk or hear.

Must stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, or crawl.

Must lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color acuity, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Ability to occasionally travel by car and plane for business purposes.
