This unit cares for a diverse population of medical telemetry patients. This dynamic unit utilizes all of the evidence-based practices of the Nursing Bundle to maximize the patient experience. The nursing process is used as a structured mechanism for critical thinking and problem solving in providing effective and appropriate care within a safe and confidential environment from admission to discharge. Each RN is responsible for collaborating with members of the healthcare team providing leadership personal/professional development and conducting him/herself professionally.QualificationsMinimum:
Current CA RN licensure
1 year RN experience in an acute medical, surgical or telemetry unit within the last 5 years
Current BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association
