Administrator

Description We are seeking an Administrator to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry. This role is based in Carmichael, California, and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining open communication with various stakeholders, and overseeing daily business operations.Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with regulations as required by licensing and regional centers Manage staffing, including hiring and training staff, creating schedules, and delegating duties to best serve the needs of the home Maintain regular communication with conservators, family, service coordinators, and/or other client representatives/advocates regarding client health, well-being, and quality of life Oversee daily business operations such as client notes documentation, medication audits, personal and incidental funds disbursement and audits, and physical plant inspections Maintain accurate client and staff files, review and amend time cards, conduct annual performance evaluations and provide statement of discussions Attend trainings as mandated by Regional Centers Communicate with staff regarding quality care assurance Maintain safety compliance to prevent any issues within the facility Provide on-call coverage as needed Address issues within the facility promptly and efficiently. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within Group Homes. Strong computer program skills. Experience in using EHR SYSTEM. Capable of answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently. Experience in handling billing functions. Ability to interpret and present charts and graphs. Experience in claim administration.
