Qualifications:
Prefer 5+ years of Custom Home Experience.
Take direction and execute assigned tasks
Extensive knowledge of high-end residential construction
Work independently and safely in finished environments
Aptitude for problem solving Know when to ask for assistance from the appropriate resource
Reliable vehicle Punctual and reliable
Demonstrated ability to responsibly deal with issues/problems as they arise
Able to understand the overall scope of the job and plan ahead
Able to read plans
Communicate effectively with project manager, project coordinator, clients, client representatives
