This hybrid on-site role requires a professional who possesses a minimum of three years' experience in the field of estate and trust law. Having an LLM in taxation would be a great addition.Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will find themselves managing an active caseload and directly liaising with clients and senior attorneys. They will effectively oversee matters from initial client meetings through to final case resolution, delivering timely and customized legal solutions to cater to individual client needs.Job Specifications: Minimum of three years' experience in trusts and estates Licensed to practice law in California Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills Superior written and verbal communication skills Proven competence in legal writing and document production A team-oriented mindset with a solution-driven perspective An LLM in Taxation is considered advantageous Ability to manage an active caseload Capacity to interact effectively with both clients and senior attorneysRequirements Candidate Requirements: The ideal candidate will exhibit a solution-focused, team-oriented ethos, alongside outstanding organizational abilities. This role demands strong communication skills and unproven track record in both document production and legal writing. CA Bar license and 3+ years of estate planning experience is required for consideration.
