- Hands-on experience supporting and managing multiple labs and test environments
- Experience with automating and scripting deployments
- Experience with virtualized environments (VMware)
- Experience with Linux system administration
- Understanding of basic networking principles including networking protocols, ports, and firewalls
- Experience monitoring IT security threats in accordance with IT Security protocols
- Experience monitoring of storage space and capacity usage
- Experience with supporting physical hardware servers, storage, and network devices
- Experience with supporting virtual servers, storage, and network devices
- Experience working within a cross-functional team
- Experience working with outside technical vendors
- Experience with issue management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Atlassian, etc.)
- Ability to perform project and resource planning
- Ability to work across multi-functional teams
- Ability to quickly adapt to an ever-changing environment with shifting business priorities based upon customer requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work after hours and/or on-call as needed
