Vice President, Operational Excellence

As the VP of Operational Excellence, you will ensure we are building the operational capabilities and organizational change at the appropriate pace to support the growth of the business by developing and overseeing a structured cross-functional project portfolio. We are looking for a leader who can lead across teams to ensure initiatives are identified, sequenced and executed to maximize business impact. You will develop a capability roadmap, driving technology adoption and operational improvements, while implementing standardized project management practices to promote consistency and accountability.As VP of Operational Excellence, this role will sit on our Operations leadership team, report into our Chief Operating Officer, and key relationships will include leaders across Planning, Merchandising, Product, Technology, Marketing, Retail, and Logistics.
