Description Are you a skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant with expertise in MS Dynamics 365? Our client, a leading company in Carlsbad, is seeking a talented individual to join their finance team. If you have a passion for accounting and a knack for leveraging technology to drive efficiency, then we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Maintain and update general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Leverage MS Dynamics 365 to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Assist with audit preparations and respond to auditor inquiries as needed.
Provide support to the finance team on ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, with specific experience using MS Dynamics 365.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
