Description We are currently seeking a recent graduate to fill the position of Receptionist at our client's Carlsbad office. This role is for a multi-tasker with high energy and quick thinking. The ideal candidate has a keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and has excellent bilingual communication skills. This role isn't just about answering phones. Our Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact with our company, offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business, coordinate front-desk activities, and contribute to the efficient and professional running of our office.Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Handle administrative requests from senior managers.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Requirements
Must be a recent graduate with a strong attention to detail.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual; fluency in English and a second language.
Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner.
