Route all incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals
Create a fantastic first impression for visitors
Catalog, review, and dole out incoming mail according to specified procedures
Place orders for office and kitchen supplies
Be an asset to other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
Use strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency
Manage various office files and provide general office filing support
Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support Requirements
Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Energetic, intelligent, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
Incoming phone call management skills required
Earlier work involving Microsoft Office
Demonstrated knowledge of calendar managements and scheduling appointments
Deep understanding of CRM
Practical knowledge of Inbound Telephone Calls
Adeptness in scheduling
Background working with Phone Etiquette
Spanish Translation experience highly valued
General familiarity with Answering Multi-Line Phone System
Prior experience with Direct-Customer-Facing
Superior Customer Service experience preferred
Experience with Customer Satisfaction
Phone Coverage experience highly preferred
Interpersonal Relationships experience desired
Hands-on experience with Customer Support
Comprehension of Assist Customers
Knowledge of Interpersonal Skills
Experience with Multi Task
Receptionist Duties experience
Interpersonal Communication experience preferred
Call Center Customer Service experience required
Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suites
Previous experience working with Spanish Language
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
