Please log into Workday and click on Menu or View All Apps, select the Jobs Hub app, then click the magnifying glass to Browse Jobs.Job Purpose/ OverviewThe Production Administrator is responsible to provide administrative support for the entire Production department.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provides data entry for department in ERP system to maintain accurate records of inventory and assembly of product; including the release and creation of expense work orders in ERP system per production manager’s direction.

Verifies documentation related for each sales order upon completion of the work orders by the technician assigned to the job. Understand Bills of Material and subassembly levels.

Issues, modifies and completes work orders in ERP with technicians based on sales order release and inventory demand for subassembly builds.

Maintains Production Schedule (monday.com) Tracking Board for all manufacture and repaired items in progress.

Is familiar with RMA Processes for incoming and outgoing products using CRM and ERP.

Works closely with RMA Specialist processing RMAs and Tracking Loaner inventory.

Is familiar with RTV processes and works closely with Service Coordinator on Return to Inventory (RTI) and Return to Vendor (RTV) process.

Prepares Install Packets, Install records and Accessory Kits.

Monitors and conducts physical inventory of parts and related inventory stored in Manufacture and Repair Storage, Pre Expended Bin parts and Finished Goods Warehouse.

Provides end of month validation of Inventory to accounting according to current processes.

Maintains production records files for semi and annual audits.

Sometimes serves as backup for RMA Specialist and Service Coordinators positions in their absence.

Education and Experience

Minimum 4 years’ experience or equivalent experience in a manufacturing or production administrative role.

Intermediate understanding of BOMs and issuing work orders

Basic understanding and experience with inventory management

High profiencincy with MS Office suite as well as Smart Sheets

Extensive experience working in ERP (Intuitive experience a plus)

Extensive experience working in CRM (MS Dynamics experience a plus)

Strong temwork capabilities including the ability to effectively work with leadership, peers and other internal and external individuals through projects, making sure project deadlines are met and projects enhance the goals and strategic direction of the company.

Comfortable giving direction to peers

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Must work well independently and work in a matrix based organization with minimal direction.

Ability to multi-task

Previous manufacturing and general office experience.

Basic computer skills required; ten-key (by touch) skills strongly preferred

Must have strong planning & organizational skills with good attention to detail.

Proven ability to follow through and resolve issues.

Works well with others

Must be able to handle multiple projects and be able to adapt to changes in priority.

Knowlege, Skills and abilities

High school diploma required.

Extensive typing & data entry (90%).

Some lifting up to 20 lbs. (Team Lifting)

Predominately sitting (90%).

Computer work

Some component assembly organizational work

The Target Pay Range for this position is $24 - $30 Hourly.
