Description Our esteemed client in the food service industry is seeking a proficient Payroll Administrator. This role will involve undertaking all payroll procedures, from data collection and entry to resolving any payroll discrepancies.Responsibilities:
Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees.
Manage and oversee electronic payments and distribution of payroll checks.
Update payroll records by tracking changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, saving deductions.
Resolve any payroll discrepancies or irregularities.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
Requirements
Proven experience as payroll clerk or payroll manager in the food service industry.
Experienced in data collection, entry, and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality.
Solid knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
Knowledge of payroll software is a plus.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
