As a Market Development Manager, Digital Marketing you will play a vital role in the tactical execution, management, optimization, and ownership of dynamic digital marketing channels. Collaborate between Global Market Development Managers (GMDs) and Biosciences Division (BID) business partners to plan and launch digital marketing tactics across programmatic display, paid social media, and external 3rd party vendors
Understand and advocate for an always-improving customer journey – guiding the customer from awareness to consideration to conversion
Analyze marketing campaign performance and results, report findings, recommend budget changes and/or campaign optimizations to business partners
Facilitate and quality check changes/optimizations made by BID business partners
Drive customer engagement through targeted and intentional digital marketing campaigns
Own and operate an eight-figure marketing budget
Recognize both short term and long-term trends, provide explanations and viable alternatives GMDs
Identify innovative digital marketing capabilities and opportunities, recommend use case, and implement based on business unit priorities
Stretch, explore, and support other marketing channels as needed
How you will get here
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 5 years marketing experience in life science or related field
Experience in marketing platforms such as Adobe Ad Cloud and social media networks
Strong analytical skills in Adobe Analytics, PowerBI (Fabric), Google Analytics or similar analytics platform
Experience managing large budgets and driving to 100% of budget commitments
Collaborating with multiple business partners, reporting and presenting results
Communicating difficult, technical information in a way that’s simplified and easy to understand
Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in California is $103,100 - $137,000.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
